Warranty Replacement Policy

Standard Coverage
All electrical products sold by CORA SRL are covered by a standard 2-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
Customers who choose the optional 1-year extended warranty will benefit from a total coverage period of 3 years.

If an electrical component fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, the product will be replaced free of charge.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Any type of physical damage

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Defects or damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or negligent handling

Filing a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please email: info@globalmaxel.com

You will receive an automated confirmation. Please reply to that message with a short video clearly showing the issue (for example, the device not turning on, not charging, or not operating as intended).

If you are unable to provide video evidence, we may ask you to return the item to our warehouse for inspection.
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted.

Only claims that meet all warranty conditions will be reviewed and processed.
