1. Your Right to Cancel
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods—without needing to give any reason.
2. Cancellation Period
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you—or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier)—takes physical possession of the product(s).

4. Refund Terms
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will issue a full refund—including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional charges for express or non-standard delivery)—within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for this refund.
5. Returning Your Order
You must return the goods within 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation. The return is deemed timely if the items are dispatched before the end of this period.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Unless otherwise agreed or if the item was delivered in error, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Customized or made-to-order products
Sealed goods related to health or hygiene that have been opened after delivery
Perishable goods
Opened software, audio, or video content
Newspapers, magazines, or other periodicals
7. Return Requirements
All returned products must be:
Unused and undamaged
In the original packaging, with all labels, seals, or protective materials intact
If the returned item has been handled in a way that reduces its value, we reserve the right to deduct the loss in value from your refund. Please ensure items are packaged securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
